CemFlexx' successful installation and delivery of innovative mud storage and mixing system on board Fugro Zephyr

CemFlexx is proud to announce the successful installation and delivery of a state-of-the-art mud storage and mixing system on board the Fugro Zephyr, a key vessel in Fugro’s fleet. The system design was delivered to Fugro’s functional requirements and has now been fully integrated into the vessel’s operations.

What makes this system unique is its seamless integration into the vessels original bulk handling infrastructure of the offshore support vessel (OSV). This tailored engineering approach not only preserved the vessel’s operational efficiency but significantly enhanced it through cutting-edge vacuum technology.

The vacuum-based design ensures energy-efficient operation while providing exceptional precision in dosing control, a crucial factor in subsea and offshore applications where accuracy and reliability are paramount.
